You got that right. Apparently almost anything from here can be bought in a Walmart there. Of course much of it is made there but never mind that . . . The exceptions seem to be specific meds (DayQuil was mentioned) or toiletries you have to have.

I am a former student of yours, and Bob Shepherd was my advisor in the one year I spent at UofR. I was so saddened to hear this news. Your tribute to him is beautiful and touching. He will be sorely missed.
